The sector in general remains over-rented, and negative reversions are set to continue over the near–term. The gap is, however, narrowing, especially in nodes with newer stock. 

Various nodes starting to reflect a rebalancing of demand and supply, with older assets being repurposed. 

Stronger demand for move-in ready space (at higher rentals) is seeing a shift toward property owners ‘retailing’ office vacancies where possible.
