Additional prime-quality office stock entered the market in Q4, most of which was quickly absorbed. Prime vacancies consequently remain markedly below the regional average.

Corporates are acting with greater assurance in terms of their office attendance policies, and increasingly more corporates are returning to the traditional full work week in the office.

Competitive rental growth within the upper end of the market is encouraging occupiers to consider existing sites, as there are still vacancies available within A-grade properties with slightly lower Green Star ratings.
