Demand for logistics and warehousing remains strong, encouraged by ongoing infrastructure upgrades along the N3, and operational improvements at Durban Port. 

A shortage of modern warehouses nearby the port which include land that is suitable for container yards is a major factor supporting the region’s development pipeline. 

Larger industrial users and operators in Durban are actively seeking more efficient premises, away from flood-prone areas and with enhanced security.
