Development and leasing activity in different nodes has been supported by distinct industries, with last-mile logistics demand linked to fast-fashion and grocery retailers supporting urban logistics, whilst life sciences has supported logistics. 

Several speculative developments are underway, with units measuring on average 3,000 – 5,000sq.m. Approximately 60% are let pre-completion.

Urban and flexible warehousing is highly sought after, resulting in increasing incidences of obsolete office and industrial stock being refurbished into multi-tenanted premises with shared facilities.
