Cynthia Kantor

Current responsibilities
A visionary leader with a 25-year track record of driving growth and transformation, Cynthia leads the Project and Development Services at JLL.

In this role, she is responsible for accelerating innovation and differentiated value to clients. She leads the development of the business and M&A strategy for Work Dynamics, as well as the revenue generating organizations including Consulting, Business Partnerships and Sales & Marketing. Cynthia’s team is devoted to consistently bringing the best of JLL to clients in a strategic and comprehensive way.

Experience
Cynthia joined JLL in 2019 after more than two decades at GE, where she served in various global leadership roles in product, portfolio and business management and marketing, which included leading product management and marketing of hardware, software, digital and contractual offerings for diverse businesses within GE Aviation and Power. She has deep expertise in all commercial and operational elements of long-term service businesses. Most recently, she led the Contractual Services Business for GE Gas Power, where she managed the expansion and adaptation of product offerings to reflect changing client needs while transforming the global operating model to drive consistency across the regions.

Cynthia is a passionate developer of talent and previously led the Accelerated Executive Development program for GE Power. She is devoted to developing diverse talent in commercial and revenue generating roles.

Education and affiliations
Cynthia holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.

She lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband Andy and their youngest son Will. They also have two adult children in college. In her free time she enjoys golfing, running and traveling with her active family.
