Pepler joined JLL’s Capital Markets team in London in 2016 and moved to the SSA Capital Markets team in Johannesburg later that year. Since then, he has led a wide variety of landmark Capital Markets mandates in South Africa, Kenya, Lagos and Kigali.

Pepler is a qualified Attorney and holds a joint-MBA degree from the Graduate School of Business in Cape Town and the SDA Bocconi in Milan (Cum Laude), and a Masters of Advanced Management, focused on real estate finance (Cum Laude) from the Yale School of Management, Connecticut, USA.
