Arthur since many years has developed a vast experience in the field of advice and transactions on behalf of international and African companies. To accommodate them in the framing of the operational needs of companies and the implementation of real estate project programming strategies to develop (Mix use) on behalf of international and local investors.

Arthur leads a profitable business within JLL, covering the regions of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Senegal, and Cote d'Ivoire.

The team executes over 40 projects per year, ranging from simple relocation projects to marketing and structuring complex transactions.

He has personally negotiated and advised on over 500,000 sqm of professional space in all segments (Office, Retail, Logistics, Industrial, and Hotel).
